Conversion has boundaries
This tool accepts still JPG, PNG and WebP files. It does not accept HEIC, SVG, RAW, TIFF or animated images. Conversion cannot restore detail already lost to compression. Browser color management can change wide-gamut images.
Can I convert AVIF or HEIC into JPG?
Not in this version. Inputs must be still JPG, PNG or WebP images. AVIF is an output option only, capped at 12 megapixels. Use PNG or WebP when you need transparency.
